At Allen Fly Fishing, we stand behind our craftsmanship. Our comprehensive warranty program ensures your satisfaction and protects your investment.
All claims are subject to evaluation. Issues resulting from alteration, incident, neglect, or normal wear may be eligible for our repair service (fees apply).
Reel Warranty
- Lifetime warranty for original owners (except Source series)
- Source series: 1-year warranty
- Excludes: impact damage, normal wear, saltwater damage
Rod Warranty
- Limited lifetime warranty for original owners (except Source and Prelude series)
- Source and Prelude series: 1-year warranty
- Excludes: incidental damage, saltwater damage
Important: Our warranty applies to original owners only. Second-hand purchases, loss, and theft are not covered.
Filing a Warranty Claim
For Rods:
- Take high-quality photos (2 of the break, 1 of the label)
- Locate your order number
- Email details to info@allenflyfishing.com
For Reels:
- Locate your order number
- Describe the issue in detail
- Email information to info@allenflyfishing.com
