Fly Rod Warranty Information

At Allen Fly Fishing, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and performance of every fly rod we build. Our warranty reflects a simple promise: to stand behind our products and support the anglers who trust them on the water.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

All Allen fly rods are backed by a lifetime warranty covering defects in materials or workmanship to the original purchaser. If a defect arises during normal use, we’ll work with you to repair or replace the rod and get you back on the water as quickly as possible.

Accidental Damage Coverage

We understand that fly rods endure a lot, whether it’s a slip on the bank, a tangled trail hike, or an unfortunate encounter with a car door. That’s why we offer a Replacement Program for accidental damage.

If your Allen fly rod is damaged through normal use or accident, just contact our team. We’ll guide you through the replacement process and make it as simple and affordable as we can.

Warranty Exclusions

While we strive to be as flexible and fair as possible, some limitations apply. The following are not covered under our lifetime warranty:

• Rods purchased as closeout, clearance, or last-season models (30-day warranty applies)

• Damage due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications/repairs

• Guide damage not related to a defect

• Normal wear and tear

• Cosmetic blemishes that do not impact performance

• Damage from lack of routine care or maintenance

• Lost or stolen rods
